Career guidance
At Good Job! you will receive qualitative support for all your career questions.
During a free online or telephone introductory conversation, we listen to your needs and expectations. You will then receive a clear price proposal and preparatory exercises that will get you started.
The individual coaching sessions take place online, on site at one of our offices or in nature and take an average of an hour and a half. After you have gone through the complete coaching process, you will receive a practical overview with tips & tricks.

Coaching in nature
In free nature, we look at things differently. Beautiful trees, lighting conditions, a sunset or the rustling of leaves: we perceive them 'unintentionally'. Someone once called it the gentle fascination. This calms our brain so that clear thinking becomes possible again and taking decisions becomes easier.
Each theme can be subject to a walking coaching session. During the free intake interview, we match expectations with each other.
Insights Discovery: simple colour language, deep insights
The colour language of Insights Discovery is based on the Jung mindset. This Swiss psychologist and psychiatrist introduced the concept of psychological preferences and stated that every person has a preferred way of dealing with the world and the people surrounding them
This doesn't mean that it can't be done in any other way, but it does mean that this way takes the least amount of effort; it happens by itself, as it were. When people know what their preferences are, what drives them and gives them energy, they can focus on their personal growth.
By completing a questionnaire online, you will receive a very comprehensive and personal Discovery profile, including a thorough explanation by one of our coaches.
Enneagram: source of wisdom
The Enneagram is an ancient model that describes nine different types of people. The so-called archetypes distinguish themselves by patterns in their thinking, feeling and acting. The Enneagram tells you more about your strengths and your weaknesses, and digs deeper into your personal motives.
